In January of 2012 Fort Knox Five launched a new mix series aimed at showcasing all of the funky sounds from around the world! The goal was to smash all boundaries and ignore genres and just get in the groove. There is some incredible music coming from every continent and in many different styles, Funk The World shines a spotlight on that global groove.
10 Mixes later and 2012 came to an end. During the first year, Fort Knox Five contributed a total of 6 mixes and guest mixes were provided by All Good Funk Alliance, Empresarios, QDup Foundation & Marinelli of Blogrebellen. We are proud to have collected these 10 dj mixes together in one place where you can stream (or find download links) all of them easily.
